The digital download designs do not have a commercial license, you can use them solely and exclusively for personal use.

Processing times will vary depending on the piece, and from then on the shipment will take what you have chosen through the different shipping options (Express or Standard).

Being a handmade product with 3D printing, we cannot guarantee that the piece is durable since the material wears out over time, but during the first 30 days, if the piece has broken, we will send you a replacement* by regular mail . If you would like certified or express, contact us.

Returns

Being products designed to order, returns are not accepted. Please check your order carefully before placing it to avoid confusion regarding parts. If you still made a mistake when purchasing the model, you can send it back to us and we will send you another one without problem, the costs of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
