It is highly recommended to use the official lanyard supplied with the controllers to prevent them from coming off your hands during sudden movements or intense activities.
Failure to follow this recommendation could result in loss, damage or injury associated with falling controls. The user assumes all responsibility for the proper and safe use of these accessories.

Shipping and Customs
InfinityONE ships to Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.
The processing time is approximately 2-3 days, independent of shipping, as it involves product manufacturing. Shipping times are detailed below.
Shipping in Spain (Mainland)
Shipments within Spain are made with Correos Standard or Premium, both with tracking numbers.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time of 5-10 days.
- Premium Shipping: Delivery time of 24-72 hours.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands may have a longer delivery time.
Shipping in Europe
- Standard Shipping with Deutsche Post: Delivery time of 15-20 days, with tracking number.
- Express Shipping: Delivery time of 48-72 hours with UPS, DHL, Seur (DPD), or Zeleris, with tracking number.
Shipping to Other Countries
- Shipping with Deutsche Post: Delivery time of 15-20 days, with tracking number.
Delivery Time: The package will arrive in the destination country within 15-20 days after leaving our workshop. If the package is held in customs, the additional time may be 10-12 days.
Tracking Number: Delivery will be made through national postal services and does not require a signature.
DHL Express: Shipments with DHL Express may take 5-6 business days.
When your package arrives in your country, please remember to track it using the national postal services.
Customs Duties and Taxes
InfinityONE is not responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with international orders.
For orders within the EU, our products include VAT, which is paid by the customer. If you need an invoice, we can send it to you.
To ensure a smooth shipping experience, it is important to understand our shipping policy for orders outside the European Union, especially regarding customs procedures.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in the destination country. These costs vary depending on the value and nature of the items shipped and must be paid according to local customs regulations.
- Import Requirements: It is crucial that the customer is aware of the import requirements of the destination country, which may include restrictions on certain products, special licenses, or additional documents required for customs clearance. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or the retention of shipments by customs authorities.
- Risks and Losses: In the event of issues during customs clearance or international transportation, such as shipment retention, delays, or losses, the customer assumes the corresponding responsibility. No refunds will be issued for the order amount.
Please note that if you refuse the delivery of a package, you will still be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees generated by the shipment.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. Additionally, returned products will not be eligible for a refund of associated customs duties and taxes.
By accepting our shipping services for shipments outside the European Union from Spain, the customer fully accepts and understands the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Legal Warranty and Returns
Before making any purchase, it is advisable to read our store's warranty and refund policy.
Our pieces are 3D printed and handcrafted, and in most cases, made to order. Since they are not injection-molded plastic or manufactured by industrial machines, they may have some marks or imperfections in their creation that do not affect their functionality at all.
All our products have been thoroughly tested and tried in different circumstances to ensure their optimal quality.
If your product arrives broken, please contact us to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Legal Warranty
National Scope (Spain):
All our 3D printed products are subject to a legal conformity warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, including manufacturing defects, defective materials, and any damage that prevents the normal use of the product according to its nature.
European Scope (EU Countries):
3D printed products sold in European Union countries are subject to a legal conformity warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. The warranty covers any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, including manufacturing defects and defective materials.
International Scope (USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries):
3D printed products sold in countries outside the European Union are subject to a legal warranty of 1 year. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defective materials existing at the time of delivery of the product.
At Infinity One 3D, we will cover the first shipping of the warranty product via standard courier; after that, the customer will have to bear the corresponding costs.
Warranty Exclusions in All Scopes:
The following cases will not be considered non-conformities under the legal warranty:
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.
- Damage caused by failure to follow the maintenance and use instructions provided by our company.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal Applicable in All Scopes:
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days. However, this right does not apply to personalized products or products made according to the consumer's specifications. In some cases, our 3D printed pieces are made to order or are personalized products; in this case, the right of withdrawal and return would not be applicable.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.
- Damage caused by failure to follow the maintenance and use instructions provided by our company.
Process to Request the Right of Withdrawal or Return:
- You will need to send us communication of the shipping agency by email to info@infinityone3d.com, indicating in the subject “Withdrawal order [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, any customs fees, duties, or handling charges incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total refund if they are not paid by the customer in advance.
- If you chose an express or premium shipping method, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the store is only obliged to reimburse the cost of standard shipping, not the premium or express shipping.
Refund
Once the products are received and their condition checked, we will proceed to refund the total or partial amount of the order depending on the condition of the product, unpaid customs fees at origin, and other uncovered expenses, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Disclaimer
Installing and using any 3D printed accessory is entirely at the user's own risk. Infinity One will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused during the installation or use of the accessory.
All products in the store are individually and artisanally manufactured. It is important to note that they may have some aesthetic marks created during printing, and no two pieces are identical.
In our store, you will find a variety of designs that will be 3D printed at the time of purchase. In the printing queue, priority will always be given to the first order received in our system.
Although the store shows an estimated stock, this is to inform the customer that the necessary materials are available to process the order within the estimated times upon purchase; therefore, this product will be considered a made-to-order item.
