The Air Cover Pro for the Meta Quest 3 allows us to use this device without feeling the pressure on the face and transferring it to the upper area of ​​the forehead. This model is redesigned from the ground up and 3D printed to provide more stability, support and comfort . It also incorporates our new viscoelastic sponge to improve ergonomics.

By using the Air Cover Pro on your Quest 3 you will stop feeling pressure on your cheeks, as it is designed to rest on the forehead and provide certain unique qualities:

- You will be able to have peripheral vision of your real world , which makes Mixed Reality more immersive .
- You will have better perspiration , which will prevent your face from getting soaked in sweat with the facial built in as standard.
- You will avoid the feeling of overwhelm due to the heat generated with prolonged use and fogging of the lenses.
- You will avoid constant pressure and marks all over your forehead and cheeks.
- It will improve ergonomics and field of vision (*).
- You can use your medium or small size glasses (maximum 14 cm wide) (*).


There are two different models of Air Cover Pro for your Quest 3:

Air Cover Facial with blockers : Small side fins attached to the facial are included that will help block peripheral vision and avoid distractions.

Facial Air Cover without blockers : This model does not include the side fins so peripheral vision will be completely visible.


It is essential to use the Air Cover Pro for the Quest 3 to place and use rigid fastening systems with a top strap such as the AUBIKA or Elite Strap with battery. It is important that it has a counterweight at the back to maintain the balance of the device.

In certain cases it can also be used with the elastic straps included as standard on the Quest 3, but it is not recommended .

You must remember that the top strap must be placed on both buckles , both the one on the 3D printed accessory and the buckle that comes with the Quest 3 as standard. In this way , the facial will remain fixed to the visor since the tabs could lose their function over time due to wear and tear and the type of material with which it is printed.

If you do not want to use the top strap, the Air Cover Pro for Quest 3 could be used although we advise against it . If you are going to want to use it that way, you will have to use some type of small velcro to attach both buckles and keep the facial fixed to the device.

The support of the product must be firm but not excessive , when the Air Cover is placed it should fall and rest on your forehead, you should not tighten it to try to gain stability because it will not work . This means that you should not overtighten the straps or the fastening system as this could cause the 3D printed part to break, which will be excluded from the warranty.

InfinityONE ships to Europe, USA and Canada.

The processing time is around 2-3 days, and is independent of shipping, since it is the manufacturing of the product. Shipping times are detailed below.

Shipping Spain (peninsula)

Shipments to Spain are made with Correos Standard or Premium. (they all have tracking)

- Standard Shipping - With tracking number. Delivery time 5-10 days.
- Premium Shipping - With tracking number. Delivery time 24-72 hours.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands have a longer delivery time.

Europe Shipping

- Standard Shipping with Deutsche Post - With tracking number. Delivery time 15-20 days.
- Express Shipping - With tracking number 48-72h with UPS, DHL, Seur (DPD) or Zeleris.

Shipping USA and Canada

- Shipping with Deutsche Post - WITH tracking number. Delivery Time 15-20 days

Delivery time: The package will arrive in the country between 15 and 20 days after leaving our workshop. In addition to this period, you must take into account the time the package remains in customs if it is stopped, which can take 10 to 12 days.

Tracking number: Delivery will be carried out by national postal services.

When your package arrives in your country, remember to track it using national postal services.

Tariffs and Taxes

InfinityONE is not responsible for any applicable customs duties, import duties, taxes or other charges for international orders.

For orders to the EU, our products carry VAT and it is paid by the customer. If you need an invoice we can send it.

To ensure a hassle-free shipping experience, it is important to understand our shipping policy for shipments outside the European Union, especially with regards to customs clearance.

  1. Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country. These costs may vary depending on the value and nature of the items shipped, and must be paid according to local customs regulations.

  2. Import Requirements: It is crucial that the client is aware of the import requirements of the destination country. This may include restrictions on certain products, special licenses or additional documents required for customs clearance. Any failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or detention of shipments by customs authorities.

  3. Risks and Losses: In the event that problems occur during customs clearance or international transportation, such as shipment retention, delays or losses, the client and buyer assume the corresponding responsibility. There are no refunds of the order amount.

Please note that if you refuse delivery of a package, you will still be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees incurred in shipping the package.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has been shipped. Additionally, returned products will not be eligible for a refund of associated duties and taxes.

By accepting our shipping services for shipments outside the European Union from Spain, the customer and buyer fully accept and understand the terms and conditions established in this policy . Product guarantee

It is VERY important to read and understand the warranty and refund before purchasing your product.

Our pieces are 3D printed and handmade, so unless they are injected or manufactured by industrial machines, they may have some type of mark or damage that does not affect their operation at all. All our products have been thoroughly tested to guarantee optimal quality.

Understanding this, we do not accept returns after 14 days after receiving it unless the part arrived broken in which it would be replaced.


During the first 6 months after the purchase date, you can replace the product if it is broken or defective.
For 6 months from the date of purchase up to one year, we will replace your product free of charge, except the cost of shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Within 14 days of receiving your package, you can request a refund through our "contact" section.

After these 14 days, we do not accept returns or refunds.


1 – You will have to send us communication from the agency through which you sent it to the email indicating in the subject “withdrawal request [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”. The cost of shipping would be your responsibility. Indicating on the shipping label: “Return order [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.

3 – Once received at our facilities and the correct condition of the product has been verified , we will proceed to make the refund by the same means that made the payment .

4- If you chose an express or premium shipping method, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users , the store is only obliged to refund the cost of standard shipping, not premium.


The refund will be made when we receive and check the package and its contents.

Depending on the condition of the product, the price of the product is fully or partially refunded.

If shipments are outside the EU, please contact us.

We will not refund the following costs as they are outside of InfinityONE.
