Air Cover for Apple Vision Pro

The Air Cover for your Apple Vision Pro allows you to use this device without feeling the pressure on your face and transferring it to the upper part of your forehead. Thanks to this new model designed from scratch and 3D printed by InfinityOne, the Apple Vision Pro will be much more comfortable and you will gain much more immersion in Mixed or Augmented Reality. It also incorporates our new viscoelastic sponge to improve ergonomics.

Important - This classic version does not allow adding side light blockers. The Air Cover 2.0 is now available with side blockers.

When using the Air Cover on your Apple Vision Pro you will stop feeling the pressure on your cheeks, and it will also distribute the weight better if we add the top strap , greatly improving the ergonomics of the device. Thanks to this new facial we can add certain unique characteristics:

• We will have real-life peripheral vision , which helps us blend our real vision with the vision provided by the Apple Vision Pro cameras.
• We will feel complete relief by improving perspiration since the air will circulate freely inside.
• You will avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed by the heat generated with prolonged use and the fogging of the lenses.
• You will avoid constant pressure and marks all over your forehead and cheeks.
• It will improve ergonomics and field of view (FOV) impressively. (*)
• Although you will be able to use your glasses , there may be incompatibilities with eye tracking. (*)

In reference to the increase in FOV of the Apple Vision Pro, we have made measurements based on the Light Seal 21W and comparing it with our Air Cover . With the Light Seal 21W we achieved only 100º of horizontal FOV while with the Air Cover we managed to reach 113º of Horizontal FOV .

Not only that, but we have also increased the vertical FOV from 77º to 83º.

Even so, these improvements, as we already indicated , will depend on the features of each user.

Options

Air Cover for Apple Vision Pro : This basic model includes the high-quality 3D printed facial along with the memory foam sponge that will provide better ergonomics.

Air Cover + Hook Strap Loop + Synthetic Leather Top Strap: The Air Cover 2.0 for Apple Vision Pro greatly improves its ergonomics using the Hook Strap Loop plus a synthetic leather top strap , it is an accessory to take into account to have the best experience.

Air Cover + Nylon Strap : Thanks to these systems, the ergonomics and weight balance of the Apple Vision Pro improves considerably together with the Air Cover 2.0. So purchasing the Nylon Strap along with this accessory becomes essential.

Important

The sponge is designed to adapt to the majority of its users' foreheads, thus allowing for improved ergonomics . The grip of the product must be firm but not excessive , when the Air Cover is placed it should fall and rest on your forehead, you should not tighten it to try to gain stability because it will not work .

This means that you should not overtighten the straps or the fastening system as this could cause the 3D printed part to break and be excluded from the warranty.

In this way, with just enough pressure you can use the Apple Vision Pro with the Air Cover without the need for the top strap , but if you want to have the best experience it is advisable to use the aforementioned transverse straps.

To place the Air Cover on the Apple Vision Pro, it is mandatory to remove the side fins , slide the Air Cover and then place the fins back in their original position. Once this is done, the Air Cover can be slid until it covers the top and prevents light from entering.

If you want to remove it, you will have to remove the side fins of the Apple Vision Pro as shown in the installation tutorial, slide the Air Cover over them and replace the fins. Any other method of removing the Air Cover will not be covered by the warranty .

If you want to store the Apple Vision Pro in a case, you must make 100% sure that the Air Cover is not pressed, otherwise the structure could fail and end up breaking. Do not put pressure on critical areas or try to bend it , as it is 3D printed material it could break.

The Air Cover is not compatible with the Air Cover 2.0 side blockers.

Shipping & Customs Duties

InfinityOne ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.

Standard processing time is 1–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and scheduled breaks. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to an additional 5 business days (maximum 10 business days). For pre-order items, production may take up to 3 weeks prior to shipment.

Shipping within Spain (Mainland)

All domestic shipments are handled by Correos and include tracking.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 days.
• Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery in 24–72 hours.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands may take longer.

Shipping within Europe

• Standard (Deutsche Post): 15–20 days with tracking.
• Express: 48–72 hours via UPS, DHL, SEUR (DPD), or Zeleris.

Shipping to the United States

Due to new U.S. government legislation effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis threshold allowing duty-free imports up to USD 800 has been removed. As a result, all shipments are subject to mandatory customs duties, taxes, and inspections, regardless of order value.

Unless the selected shipping method explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may cause delivery delays. InfinityOne does not cover these charges. If duties are not paid and the shipment is returned to the sender, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping to Other Countries

• Deutsche Post: 15–20 days with tracking.

Delivery timeframe: Packages typically arrive in the destination country within 15–20 days after leaving our workshop. If held by customs, additional delays of 10–12 days may occur.

Tracking: Final delivery is handled by the local postal service and usually does not require a signature.

DHL Express: Estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days.

Once the package reaches your country, please continue tracking it through your local postal service.

Duties & Taxes

InfinityOne is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges applied to international orders.

For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price. Invoices are available upon request.

Legal Warranty and Returns

Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing our warranty and refund policy carefully.

Our products are 3D printed and handcrafted, often made to order. Since they are not mass-produced or injection-molded, slight aesthetic marks may occur during the printing process. These do not affect functionality in any way.

All of our products are thoroughly tested under various conditions to ensure optimal quality and performance.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can offer a solution as soon as possible.

Legal Warranty

Spain:

All 3D printed products include a 3-year legal warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.

European Union:

Products delivered within EU countries include a 2-year legal warranty, as established by Directive 1999/44/EC. It covers defects and non-conformities present at the time of delivery.

International (non-EU countries):

Products delivered outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia) include a 1-year legal warranty covering any manufacturing defects present upon delivery.

Infinity One 3D will cover the cost of the first warranty-related shipment using standard shipping. Subsequent shipments will be at the customer's expense.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by improper or negligent use.
• Normal wear and tear due to usage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Failure to follow maintenance and usage instructions provided by our team.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products created according to your specifications.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

• Personalized or made-to-order items.
• Improper or negligent use.
• Normal wear and tear due to usage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to request a return or withdrawal:

• Contact us at info@infinityone3d.com with the subject: “Withdrawal Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Any customs fees, duties or handling charges incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
• If you selected express or premium shipping, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded, in accordance with consumer law.

Returns due to Uncollected or Rejected Orders

If an order is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., repeated delivery absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point), the following policy applies:

• You may request a reshipment by covering the cost of the new shipment.
• If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund only the cost of the products, deducting the actual shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.

These costs will not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal correctly and within the legal timeframe.

To avoid these situations, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and monitor delivery notifications from the courier.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned products and confirm their condition, we will issue a total or partial refund depending on the item’s state. Any unpaid customs duties or external charges will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Disclaimer

Installing and using any 3D printed accessory is done entirely at the user's own risk. Infinity One 3D is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from installation or usage.

Each item is uniquely crafted. As these are handmade 3D printed products, slight visual variations may occur and no two pieces are identical.

All items in our store are printed on demand and processed based on the order of entry. Stock levels shown indicate material availability, not finished product inventory. Therefore, each item is considered made to order.
