Shipping to the United States – Information for InfinityOne 3D Customers

Important Notice: We have resumed shipping to the United States. The service is currently available only via DHL Express. Standard tracked shipping is not yet operational.

As of September 2, 2025, all orders to the U.S. are shipped with DHL Express and with customs duties and tariffs already included in the price, so you will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

These changes are due to the new U.S. government legislation effective August 29, 2025, which eliminates the “de minimis” regime (previously allowing imports up to 800 USD without duties). Under the new regulation, all shipments are subject to mandatory taxes and customs clearance.

What you need to know about your orders

The service is carried out exclusively with DHL Express, ensuring speed and full tracking.
Standard tracked shipping is not yet available. We will notify customers via newsletter once it is reactivated.
The price of your orders already includes all customs duties and tariffs. No additional payments will be required upon delivery.
In case of returns, shipping costs and customs/tariff fees will not be refunded, as they are not a benefit for InfinityOne 3D.

Upcoming availability of Standard Shipping

When the standard tracked shipping option becomes available, it will not include customs clearance fees or tariffs. These will need to be paid by the customer in their country of origin and may result in additional delivery delays.

Tips for our U.S. customers

Always provide complete and accurate information (address, description and value of goods; tax ID if requested) to speed up customs processing.
Plan your purchases: while DHL Express offers fast delivery, customs procedures may still cause occasional delays.
