Anti-Gravity SOLO Strap for Apple Vision Pro

At Infinity One 3D we have designed the Anti-Gravity Solo Strap to improve the ergonomics of the Apple Vision Pro regardless of the Light Seal you are using, allowing the balance to be distributed in a more natural way on our head.

We designed the Anti-Gravity Solo Strap to maintain the original aesthetics of the Apple Vision Pro. In addition, our new fastening system balances the front part by pulling it up to relieve so much pressure on your face.

It has been designed from the ground up to improve both the grip, placement and ergonomics of the Apple Vision Pro by helping the Solo Knit Band to pull up the front and maintain perfect balance.

The front part printed in high quality 3D material , the fastening is engaged by pressure, it is not necessary to disassemble the Apple Vision Pro and in the back part a buckle printed in TPU is introduced, a flexible material that does not interfere with the ergonomics of the Knit Band only.

Thanks to the buckles that incorporate both parts, you can connect them with a nylon strap that will help balance the front weight by pulling it backwards, allowing it to be used for much longer and improving ergonomics.

By using the Anti-Gravity SOLO Strap you will get the following improvements:

• Easy to remove and put on , you simply have to fit it with a click. On the back you will only have to remove the Solo Knit Band.

Important

Placing the Anti-Gravity SOLO Strap requires adjustments to the Nylon by sliding the buckles to improve ergonomics. It is important not to tighten it excessively to avoid breakage. The nylon headband should rest lightly on top of the head to balance the weight.

To install the Anti-Gravity SOLO Strap on the Apple Vision Pro, you must apply slight pressure of the accessory on the side fins of the device. To remove them, you must first remove one side and then the other. Please do not exert too much force when bending the plastic to avoid breakage.

Remember that all of these accessories , except the nylon strap, are 3D printed . At InifinityOne 3D we have designed and printed the Anti-Gravity SOLO strap with high precision printers that guarantee normal operation.

Shipping and Duties

InfinityONE ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.

Standard processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and scheduled breaks. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 additional business days, for a total of 10 business days. For pre-order products, production time can take up to 3 weeks before shipping.

Shipping in Spain (Mainland)

Shipments within Spain are made with Correos Standard or Premium, both with tracking numbers.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery time of 5-10 days.
• Premium Shipping: Delivery time of 24-72 hours.

Shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands may have a longer delivery time.

Shipping in Europe

• Standard Shipping with Deutsche Post: Delivery time of 15-20 days with tracking.
• Express Shipping: Delivery time of 48-72 hours via UPS, DHL, Seur (DPD), or Zeleris, with tracking.

Shipping to Other Countries

• Shipping with Deutsche Post: Delivery time of 15-20 days with tracking.

Delivery time: Packages will arrive in the destination country within 15-20 days after leaving our workshop. If the package is held at customs, an additional delay of 10-12 days may apply.

Tracking number: Deliveries are made through national postal services and do not require a signature.

DHL Express: Shipments via DHL Express may take 5-6 business days.

When your package reaches your country, please track it using your national postal services.

Duties and Taxes

InfinityONE is not responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with international orders.

For orders within the EU, our products include VAT, which is paid by the customer. If you need an invoice, we can provide it.

To ensure a smooth shipping experience, it is important to understand our shipping policy for orders outside the European Union, especially regarding customs procedures.

1. Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in the destination country. These costs vary depending on the value and nature of the shipped items and must be paid according to local customs regulations.
2. Import Requirements: Customers must be aware of the import requirements of the destination country, including restrictions on certain products, special licenses, or additional documentation needed for customs clearance. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or shipment retention by customs authorities.
3. Risks and Losses: In case of issues during customs clearance or international transportation, such as shipment retention, delays, or losses, the customer assumes the corresponding responsibility. No refunds will be issued for the order amount.

Please note that if you refuse the delivery of a package, you will still be responsible for the customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred during its shipment.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. Additionally, returned products are not eligible for a refund of associated duties and taxes.

By accepting our shipping services for orders outside the European Union from Spain, the customer fully agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Legal Warranty and Returns

Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing our warranty and refund policy carefully.

Our products are 3D printed and handcrafted, often made to order. Since they are not mass-produced or injection-molded, slight aesthetic marks may occur during the printing process. These do not affect functionality in any way.

All of our products are thoroughly tested under various conditions to ensure optimal quality and performance.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can offer a solution as soon as possible.

Legal Warranty

Spain:

All 3D printed products include a 3-year legal warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.

European Union:

Products delivered within EU countries include a 2-year legal warranty, as established by Directive 1999/44/EC. It covers defects and non-conformities present at the time of delivery.

International (non-EU countries):

Products delivered outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia) include a 1-year legal warranty covering any manufacturing defects present upon delivery.

Infinity One 3D will cover the cost of the first warranty-related shipment using standard shipping. Subsequent shipments will be at the customer's expense.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by improper or negligent use.
• Normal wear and tear due to usage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Failure to follow maintenance and usage instructions provided by our team.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products created according to your specifications.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

• Personalized or made-to-order items.
• Improper or negligent use.
• Normal wear and tear due to usage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to request a return or withdrawal:

• Contact us at info@infinityone3d.com with the subject: “Withdrawal Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Any customs fees, duties or handling charges incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
• If you selected express or premium shipping, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded, in accordance with consumer law.

Returns due to Uncollected or Rejected Orders

If an order is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., repeated delivery absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point), the following policy applies:

• You may request a reshipment by covering the cost of the new shipment.
• If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund only the cost of the products, deducting the actual shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.

These costs will not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal correctly and within the legal timeframe.

To avoid these situations, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and monitor delivery notifications from the courier.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned products and confirm their condition, we will issue a total or partial refund depending on the item’s state. Any unpaid customs duties or external charges will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Installing and using any 3D printed accessory is done entirely at the user's own risk. Infinity One 3D is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from installation or usage.

Each item is uniquely crafted. As these are handmade 3D printed products, slight visual variations may occur and no two pieces are identical.

All items in our store are printed on demand and processed based on the order of entry. Stock levels shown indicate material availability, not finished product inventory. Therefore, each item is considered made to order.
