Discover a new way to enjoy your PIMAX Dream Air with our Air Cover, designed to reduce facial pressure, improve ventilation and provide a more immersive experience, especially for VR simulation.
Its open 3D-printed design completely eliminates contact with the cheeks and sides of the face, moving the main support point towards the upper forehead. The result is a greater sense of freedom, reduced facial pressure and improved airflow during extended sessions.
Its up to 110° field of view also allows you to make the most of the visual experience offered by the PIMAX Dream Air.
Greater immersion with the side blockers
The Air Cover is available in two versions: with or without side blockers.
The version with side blockers reduces peripheral vision and further isolates you from your surroundings, increasing the feeling of immersion in games and, especially, in VR cockpit simulation.
The side blockers also help partially reduce light entering from the sides and minimize reflections that may appear around the lenses.
If you prefer to maintain some awareness of your surroundings, you can choose the version without side blockers, while still benefiting from the Open-Face design and improved ventilation.
Open-Face design: less pressure, better ventilation
The open design allows air to circulate freely around your face, significantly reducing heat buildup and the feeling of stuffiness during long sessions.
By eliminating contact with the cheeks and sides of the face, the Air Cover reduces facial pressure and the marks commonly caused by traditional facial interfaces.
This makes it particularly well suited for:

Secure fit and magnetic positioning system
The Air Cover retains the original mounting system of the PIMAX Dream Air, while also incorporating magnets for improved grip and positioning.
We have also added a lateral support reinforcement to help keep the facial interface correctly positioned and reduce the risk of movement during use.
The system is designed to provide a balance between comfort, stability and ease of installation.
In addition, the upper screw access points remain available if you want to further improve stability by permanently securing the Air Cover with screws. Screws are not included.
Easy installation
Simply remove the original facial interface from your PIMAX Dream Air and replace it with our Air Cover. There is no need to disassemble your headset or perform any unusual modifications.
Full access to ports and mounting screws
The Air Cover design keeps important elements of the PIMAX Dream Air accessible:
Top USB port: connect headphones, cables or other accessories without removing the Air Cover.
A TPU plug is included to cover and protect the port when it is not in use.
Top screw access: access the upper screws to make adjustments and further improve stability when necessary, without completely removing the Air Cover.
Up to 110° field of view
The Open-Face design has been developed to make the most of the PIMAX Dream Air optics, providing an up to 110° field of view, depending on the user's facial anatomy and headset position.
By bringing the headset closer to the face and removing part of the structure found in conventional facial interfaces, you can enjoy a more open and natural visual experience.
Designed specifically for PIMAX Dream Air
The Air Cover has been specifically designed for the PIMAX Dream Air, taking into account its mounting system, geometry and access points.
This is not a universal facial interface adapted to the headset. It is a purpose-built design developed to integrate with the headset while maintaining its key functionalities.

Important information before purchasing
The Air Cover is an Open-Face system that relies primarily on an upper forehead support point. For this reason, fit and comfort may vary depending on each user's facial anatomy.
Although the design incorporates features intended to improve stability, certain sudden or vigorous movements may cause the facial interface to shift or move slightly.
The user experience may vary depending on the shape of the forehead and face, as well as the position of the headset. Some users may experience discomfort due to their individual anatomical characteristics.
The version with side blockers is intended for users seeking greater visual isolation and immersion, while the version without side blockers allows for greater awareness of the surrounding environment.
PIMAX Dream Air is not included. The product includes only the Air Cover and the accessories corresponding to the selected configuration.
Note
This product is an accessory designed by InfinityONE for the PIMAX Dream Air. Installation and use of the accessory are carried out at the user's own responsibility.
Shipping & Customs Duties
InfinityOne ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.
Standard processing time is 1–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and scheduled breaks. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to an additional 5 business days (maximum 10 business days). For pre-order items, production may take up to 3 weeks prior to shipment.
Shipping within Spain (Mainland)
All domestic shipments are handled by Correos and include tracking.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 days.
- Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery in 24–72 hours.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands may take longer.
Shipping within Europe
- Standard (Deutsche Post): 15–20 days with tracking.
- Express: 48–72 hours via UPS, DHL, SEUR (DPD), or Zeleris.
Shipping to the United States
Currently available options:
- DHL Express – 2–5 business days · Duties Paid (DDP)
- DHL Express – 2–5 business days · Duties Not Paid (No DDP)
- USPS Standard DDP – 10–15 business days · Duties Paid
Due to new U.S. government legislation effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis threshold allowing duty-free imports up to USD 800 has been removed. As a result, all shipments are subject to mandatory customs duties, taxes, and inspections, regardless of order value.
Unless the selected shipping method explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may cause delivery delays. InfinityOne does not cover these charges. If duties are not paid and the shipment is returned to the sender, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping to Other Countries
- Deutsche Post: 15–20 days with tracking.
Delivery timeframe: Packages typically arrive in the destination country within 15–20 days after leaving our workshop. If held by customs, additional delays of 10–12 days may occur.
Tracking: Final delivery is handled by the local postal service and usually does not require a signature.
DHL Express: Estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days.
Once the package reaches your country, please continue tracking it through your local postal service.
Duties & Taxes
InfinityOne is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges applied to international orders.
For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price. Invoices are available upon request.
Legal Warranty and Returns
Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing our warranty and refund policy carefully.
Our products are 3D printed and handcrafted, often made to order. Since they are not mass-produced or injection-molded, slight aesthetic marks may occur during the printing process. These do not affect functionality in any way.
All of our products are thoroughly tested under various conditions to ensure optimal quality and performance.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can offer a solution as soon as possible.
Legal Warranty
Spain:
All 3D printed products include a 3-year legal warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.
European Union:
Products delivered within EU countries include a 2-year legal warranty, as established by Directive 1999/44/EC. It covers defects and non-conformities present at the time of delivery.
International (non-EU countries):
Products delivered outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia) include a 1-year legal warranty covering any manufacturing defects present upon delivery.
Infinity One 3D will cover the cost of the first warranty-related shipment using standard shipping. Subsequent shipments will be at the customer's expense.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use.
- Normal wear and tear due to usage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Failure to follow maintenance and usage instructions provided by our team.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products created according to your specifications.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
- Personalized or made-to-order items.
- Improper or negligent use.
- Normal wear and tear due to usage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
How to request a return or withdrawal:
- Contact us at info@infinityone3d.com with the subject: “Withdrawal Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Any customs fees, duties or handling charges incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
- If you selected express or premium shipping, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded, in accordance with consumer law.
Returns due to Uncollected or Rejected Orders
If an order is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., repeated delivery absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point), the following policy applies:
- You may request a reshipment by covering the cost of the new shipment.
- If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund only the cost of the products, deducting the actual shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.
These costs will not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal correctly and within the legal timeframe.
To avoid these situations, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and monitor delivery notifications from the courier.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned products and confirm their condition, we will issue a total or partial refund depending on the item’s state. Any unpaid customs duties or external charges will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Installing and using any 3D printed accessory is done entirely at the user's own risk. Infinity One 3D is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from installation or usage.
Each item is uniquely crafted. As these are handmade 3D printed products, slight visual variations may occur and no two pieces are identical.
All items in our store are printed on demand and processed based on the order of entry. Stock levels shown indicate material availability, not finished product inventory. Therefore, each item is considered made to order.
We operate with high-quality 3D printers that allow us to offer the best possible finish for each product.
