Legal Warranty and Returns

Before making any purchase, we recommend carefully reviewing our warranty and refund policy.

Our pieces are 3D printed and handcrafted, mostly made to order. They are not manufactured using industrial methods or plastic injection, so they may show small marks inherent to the printing process, which do not affect functionality in any way.

All our products have been thoroughly tested under different conditions to ensure their quality and durability.

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the best solution.

Legal Warranty

Spain

3D-printed products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect or lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.

European Union

Products shipped to EU countries have a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC, covering manufacturing defects or faulty materials present upon receipt.

International (outside the EU, except USA)

In all other countries, the legal warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects or faulty materials.

Infinity One 3D covers the cost of the first shipment for warranty replacements using standard delivery. From the second shipment onward, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and the removal of the “de minimis” threshold, all shipments sent without DDP (Duties Delivered Paid) require the customer to pay all duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival.

1. Duties, taxes and returned packages

For orders shipped without DDP, the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and customs fees. If these charges are not paid and the package is returned to the sender:

  • Shipping costs and customs fees will not be refunded.
  • Only the product value (excluding shipping and customs fees) will be refunded once the return is received at our facility.
2. Breakage or deterioration over time

If a product breaks or deteriorates over time:

  • Only the product price will be refunded.
  • Shipping costs and any duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.
3. Replacement parts

Due to the current high cost of shipping to the United States:

  • Replacement parts will not be shipped temporarily.
  • Instead, a refund for the value of the affected item will be issued.
  • Shipping costs and previously paid duties/taxes are non-refundable.
4. General refund conditions
  • Refunds apply only to the product price, as indicated.
  • Items must meet the usual return conditions unless otherwise stated.
  • By placing an order destined for the United States, the customer fully accepts these terms.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Improper or negligent use of the product.
  • Wear caused by normal use.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Failure to follow usage or maintenance instructions.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products created specifically to your requirements.

Withdrawal exclusions:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Improper or negligent use.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Email us at info@infinityone3d.com with the subject: “Order Withdrawal [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Any customs duties, taxes or handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility. If not paid, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you selected express or premium shipping, only the amount equivalent to standard shipping will be refunded.

Uncollected or Refused Orders

If an order is returned to us due to customer-related reasons (multiple failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or failure to collect from the pickup point), the following policy applies:

  • The customer may request the reshipment of the order, assuming the additional shipping cost.
  • If the customer prefers to cancel the order, only the product amount will be refunded, minus the actual outbound and return shipping costs.

These costs do not apply if the customer has properly exercised their right of withdrawal within the legal period.

To avoid issues, we recommend carefully checking your shipping details and keeping an eye on delivery attempts.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue the corresponding refund (full or partial) within a maximum of 14 days. Any customs fees or charges not previously covered will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Disclaimer

The installation and use of any 3D-printed accessory is the sole responsibility of the user. Infinity One 3D is not liable for any damage resulting from its use or installation.

Each product is unique. As these items are handcrafted using 3D printing, minor aesthetic variations or traces of the printing process may be present, which do not affect their functionality.

All orders are produced on demand and printed in order of entry. The stock displayed on the website indicates material availability, not finished products.

We use high-precision printers that ensure the highest quality finishes across all our designs.
