Note: The number of cubes depends on the chosen name. Custom orders are non-refundable. Always add one extra cube to the number of letters — for example, a 4-letter name requires 5 cubes. Not recommended for very long names.

Shipping & Duties
InfinityOne ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States**, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
Standard processing time is 1–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and scheduled breaks. During high-demand periods, processing may be extended by up to 5 additional business days, with a maximum of 10 business days. For pre-order items, production may take up to 3 weeks before dispatch.
Shipping within Spain (Mainland)
Shipments within Spain are handled by Correos Standard or Premium, both with tracking.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–10 days.
- Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery 24–72 hours.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands may require longer delivery times.
Shipping within Europe
- Standard Shipping with Deutsche Post: 15–20 days, with tracking.
- Express Shipping: 48–72 hours with UPS, DHL, Seur (DPD) or Zeleris, with tracking.
Shipping to the United States
Due to new U.S. legislation effective from August 29, 2025, the former “de minimis” regime allowing imports up to USD 800 without duties has been removed. Under this regulation, all shipments are subject to taxes and mandatory customs clearance, regardless of value.
Unless the selected option explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all taxes, duties and customs handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may cause delivery delays. InfinityOne will not cover these costs. If the required fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to sender, the cost of the return will be deducted from any refund.
Currently available options:
- FedEx International Economy – 5–10 business days. Not DDP.
- FedEx International Priority – 2–5 business days. Not DDP.
- DHL Express – 2–5 business days. DDP available.
We are working to offer more competitive rates and additional DDP options in the future.
Shipping to Other Countries
- Deutsche Post Shipping: 15–20 days, with tracking.
Transit time: Parcels typically arrive in the destination country 15–20 days after dispatch. If held by customs, an additional 10–12 days may be required.
Tracking: Delivery is handled by the destination country’s national postal service and usually does not require a signature.
DHL Express: Delivery typically takes 5–6 business days.
Once your package reaches your country, please track it using your national postal service.
Duties & Taxes
InfinityOne is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or any other charges associated with international orders.
For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price. An invoice can be provided upon request.
To ensure a smooth shipping experience, please review our policy for orders shipped outside the EU, especially regarding customs procedures:
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying any duties, import taxes or fees applicable in the destination country.
- Import Requirements: Customers must be aware of any restrictions, licences or documentation required by authorities in the destination country.
- Risks & Losses: In cases of delays, holds or losses during international transport, the customer assumes full responsibility. We cannot issue refunds in these situations.
If a package is refused on delivery, the customer remains responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees generated.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
By placing an order with international shipping outside the European Union from Spain, the customer fully accepts the terms outlined in this policy.
Due to the nature of this custom-made product, exchanges and returns are not accepted, in accordance with Article 103.c of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, excluding the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications.
However, if your order arrives with any defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll be happy to review your case and offer a solution.
