Battery Support for Apple Vision Pro

With this 3D printed battery holder for your Apple Vision Pro you can protect it safely , and it will also allow you to place it on a belt or inside your pants pocket more safely thanks to the clip it incorporates.

The placement system is easy and simple , you will only have to slide it in the place where you want to hold your battery to have a completely free and versatile experience .

The material used to print this battery holder is PETG in white , which gives it more hardness and some elasticity to firmly hold the Apple Vision Pro battery, it is also a material that supports up to 80 degrees Celsius (158-176 degrees Fahrenheit) before deforming, so there will be no need to worry about the temperature of our battery.

With a slim and elegant design it barely adds thickness to the battery, ensuring that its ergonomics are not altered.

On the back, in addition to the retaining clip , an opening has been added to be able to press and safely remove the battery from the holder, in case you need to remove it.

Important

The Apple Vision Pro battery support clip is designed to support the weight of the battery , if more elements are added it could come off. For more security, it is advisable to use it in a pocket .

SHIPPING AND TARIFFS

InfinityONE ships to Europe, USA and Canada.

The processing time is around 2-3 days, and is independent of shipping, since it is the manufacturing of the product. Shipping times are detailed below.

Shipping Spain (peninsula)

Shipments to Spain are made with Correos Standard or Premium. (they all have tracking)

- Standard Shipping - With tracking number. Delivery time 5-10 days.
- Premium Shipping - With tracking number. Delivery time 24-72 hours.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands have a longer delivery time.

Europe Shipping

- Standard Shipping with Deutsche Post - With tracking number. Delivery time 15-20 days.
- Express Shipping - With tracking number 48-72h with UPS, DHL, Seur (DPD) or Zeleris.

Shipping USA and Canada

- Shipping with Deutsche Post - WITH tracking number. Delivery Time 15-20 days

Delivery time: The package will arrive in the country between 15 and 20 days after leaving our workshop. In addition to this period, you must take into account the time the package remains in customs if it is stopped, which can take 10 to 12 days.

Tracking number: Delivery will be carried out by national postal services.

When your package arrives in your country, remember to track it using national postal services.

Tariffs and Taxes

InfinityONE is not responsible for any applicable customs duties, import duties, taxes or other charges for international orders.

For orders to the EU, our products carry VAT and it is paid by the customer. If you need an invoice we can send it.

To ensure a hassle-free shipping experience, it is important to understand our shipping policy for shipments outside the European Union, especially with regards to customs clearance.

1. Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country. These costs may vary depending on the value and nature of the items shipped, and must be paid according to local customs regulations.

2. Import Requirements: It is crucial that the client is aware of the import requirements of the destination country. This may include restrictions on certain products, special licenses or additional documents required for customs clearance. Any failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or detention of shipments by customs authorities.

3. Risks and Losses: In the event that problems occur during customs clearance or international transportation, such as shipment retention, delays or losses, the client and buyer assume the corresponding responsibility. There are no refunds of the order amount.

Please note that if you refuse delivery of a package, you will still be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees incurred in shipping the package.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has been shipped. Additionally, returned products will not be eligible for a refund of associated duties and taxes.

By accepting our shipping services for shipments outside the European Union from Spain, the customer and buyer fully accept and understand the terms and conditions established in this policy . Legal Warranty and Returns

Before making any purchase, it is advisable to read our store's warranty and refund policy.

Our pieces are 3D printed and handcrafted, and in most cases, made to order. Since they are not injection-molded plastic or manufactured by industrial machines, they may have some marks or imperfections in their creation that do not affect their functionality at all.

All our products have been thoroughly tested and tried in different circumstances to ensure their optimal quality.

If your product arrives broken, please contact us to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Legal Warranty

National Scope (Spain):

All our 3D printed products are subject to a legal conformity warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, including manufacturing defects, defective materials, and any damage that prevents the normal use of the product according to its nature.

European Scope (EU Countries):

3D printed products sold in European Union countries are subject to a legal conformity warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. The warranty covers any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, including manufacturing defects and defective materials.

International Scope (USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries):

3D printed products sold in countries outside the European Union are subject to a legal warranty of 1 year. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defective materials existing at the time of delivery of the product.

At Infinity One 3D, we will cover the first shipping of the warranty product via standard courier; after that, the customer will have to bear the corresponding costs.

Warranty Exclusions in All Scopes:

The following cases will not be considered non-conformities under the legal warranty:

• Damage caused by improper or negligent use of the product.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the maintenance and use instructions provided by our company.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal Applicable in All Scopes:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days. However, this right does not apply to personalized products or products made according to the consumer's specifications. In some cases, our 3D printed pieces are made to order or are personalized products; in this case, the right of withdrawal and return would not be applicable.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

• Damage caused by improper or negligent use of the product.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the maintenance and use instructions provided by our company.

Process to Request the Right of Withdrawal or Return:

• You will need to send us communication of the shipping agency by email to info@infinityone3d.com, indicating in the subject “Withdrawal order [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, any customs fees, duties, or handling charges incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total refund if they are not paid by the customer in advance.
• If you chose an express or premium shipping method, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the store is only obliged to reimburse the cost of standard shipping, not the premium or express shipping.

Refund

Once the products are received and their condition checked, we will proceed to refund the total or partial amount of the order depending on the condition of the product, unpaid customs fees at origin, and other uncovered expenses, within a maximum period of 14 days.

Disclaimer

All store products are individually and artisanally manufactured, it is important to know that they may have some aesthetic mark created during printing and that no piece is identical to another.

In our store, you will find all kinds of designs that will be 3D printed at the time you make the purchase. In the printing queue, priority will always be given to the first order that enters our systems.

Although the store appears with an estimated stock, this is done so that the customer knows that the corresponding materials exist to process their order within the estimated times if they make the purchase; therefore, this product will be considered as a made-to-order product.
