Shipping to the United States – Information for InfinityOne 3D Customers

Important notice: All shipments to the United States have been resumed under specific conditions.

Following the new U.S. government legislation effective from August 29, 2025, the “de minimis” regime—previously allowing imports up to 800 USD without duties—has been eliminated. Under this regulation, all shipments are subject to mandatory taxes and customs checks, regardless of their value.

Unless the selected shipping option explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all taxes, duties, and customs processing fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and may cause delivery delays. InfinityOne will not cover these costs. If the required fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to the sender, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

The available options are currently:

• FedEx International Economy – 5–10 business days · Duties Not Paid
• FedEx International Priority – 2–5 business days · Duties Not Paid
• DHL Express – 2–5 business days · Duties Paid (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

Duties Not Paid: The customer must cover all duties, taxes, and customs processing fees upon arrival. This may cause delivery delays.
Duties Paid: Duties and taxes are already included. Faster delivery and no additional customs procedures.
