Shipping to the United States and Canada – Information for InfinityOne 3D Customers
Important Notice: All shipments to the United States are temporarily paused.
Update September 29 - We regret to inform you that the shipping service to Canada is suspended until further notice. This is due to a national strike announced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). During the strike, letters and parcels will not be processed or delivered, and Canada Post’s operations will be shut down. More information can be found on the Canada Post website at canadapost.ca/negotiations.
These changes are due to the new U.S. government legislation effective August 29, 2025, which eliminates the “de minimis” regime (previously allowed importing products up to USD 800 without duties). Under the new regulation, all shipments are subject to mandatory taxes and customs controls.
Upcoming Opening of the Standard Service
When the standard tracking service becomes available, it will not include customs handling fees or duties. These must be paid by the customer in their country of origin and may cause additional delivery delays.
