Air Cover 2.0 for Apple Vision Pro

The Air Cover 2.0 allows you to improve the ergonomics of your Apple Vision Pro by eliminating facial pressure while adding a new modular function. This accessory offers the option to block or not block your peripheral vision, helping to reduce light entry into your Apple Vision Pro (*). Made with 3D printing and designed by Infinity One, it maintains the aesthetics of the Apple product with an innovative and user-friendly design.

After the success of the first Air Cover, ideal for Extended Reality and Spatial Computing, we have enhanced the design with the 2.0 model, adding small removable side flaps that allow for greater immersion in Virtual Reality or immersive environments.

The Air Cover 2.0 follows the same design philosophy: it allows you to use the device without feeling pressure on your face, transferring it to the top of the forehead for better balance and reducing the sense of discomfort that the Light Seal can cause.

To improve ergonomics and use the device for extended periods, it is recommended to also purchase our Nylon Strap, which better balances and distributes the weight of the Apple Vision Pro.

By using the Air Cover 2.0 with your Apple Vision Pro, you will experience a range of unique improvements and features:

• You can choose to have peripheral vision of the real world, which allows you to blend your natural vision with the one provided by the Apple Vision Pro cameras, or a more immersive experience by using the side blockers.
• The new design reduces side reflections that occur on the lenses of the Apple Vision Pro when used with a clear face.
• The bottom part remains open, providing complete relief by improving breathability and allowing air to circulate freely inside.
• You will no longer feel discomfort from heat or facial pressure during prolonged use, and you will also prevent the lenses from fogging up.
• You will avoid constant pressure and marks on your forehead and cheeks.
• Enhance ergonomics and field of view (FOV) significantly. (*)
• Wear your glasses comfortably if you do not use the side blockers; otherwise, your glasses may not fit properly. (*)

Regarding the increase in FOV for Apple Vision Pro, we have conducted comparative measurements based on the Light Seal 21W, and our Air Cover 2.0 maintains the same measurements as the original.

With the Light Seal 21W, we achieve only 100º horizontal FOV, while with the Air Cover 2.0, we have reached 113º horizontal FOV, offering a unique experience and the sensation of wearing glasses if used without the blockers.

Additionally, we have

increased the vertical FOV from 77º to 83º, providing a greater sense of eye relief.

These improvements, as previously noted, depend on each user's facial features.

Options

Air Cover 2.0 for Apple Vision Pro: This basic model includes the high-quality 3D-printed facial piece with a memory foam cushion for improved ergonomics.

Air Cover 2.0 + Hook Strap Loop + Synthetic Leather Top Strap: The Air Cover 2.0 significantly enhances ergonomics when using the Hook Strap Loop and a synthetic leather top strap, making it an essential accessory for the best experience.

Air Cover 2.0 + Nylon Strap: Thanks to these systems, the ergonomics and weight balance of the Apple Vision Pro are significantly improved when used with the Air Cover 2.0. Therefore, purchasing the Nylon Strap along with this accessory becomes essential.

Important

The cushion is designed to fit most users' foreheads, thereby improving ergonomics. The product's hold should be firm but not excessive; when placing the Air Cover 2.0, it should rest on your forehead without the need to tighten it to gain stability, as this will not work.

Do not overtighten the straps or the holding system, as this could cause the 3D-printed piece to break, voiding the warranty. With the right amount of pressure, you can use the Apple Vision Pro with the Air Cover 2.0 without the need for the top strap. For the best experience, it is recommended to use the previously mentioned cross straps.

Tutorial

To install the Air Cover 2.0 on the Apple Vision Pro, you must first remove the side flaps, slide the Air Cover 2.0, and then reposition the flaps to their original position. Once done, the Air Cover 2.0 can slide up to cover the top part, preventing light from entering.

If you want to remove it, you need to take off the side flaps of the Apple Vision Pro as shown in the installation tutorial, slide the Air Cover over them, and then put the flaps back in place. Any other method to remove the Air Cover will not be covered by the warranty.

If you wish to store the Apple Vision Pro in a case, make sure that the Air Cover 2.0 is not pressed, as this could cause the structure to fail and break. Do not apply pressure on critical areas or attempt to bend it, as being 3D-printed material, it could break.

Shipping & Duties

InfinityOne ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States**, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.

Standard processing time is 1–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and scheduled breaks. During high-demand periods, processing may be extended by up to 5 additional business days, with a maximum of 10 business days. For pre-order items, production may take up to 3 weeks before dispatch.

Shipping within Spain (Mainland)

Shipments within Spain are handled by Correos Standard or Premium, both with tracking.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–10 days.
• Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery 24–72 hours.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands may require longer delivery times.

Shipping within Europe

• Standard Shipping with Deutsche Post: 15–20 days, with tracking.
• Express Shipping: 48–72 hours with UPS, DHL, Seur (DPD) or Zeleris, with tracking.

Shipping to the United States

Due to new U.S. legislation effective from August 29, 2025, the former “de minimis” regime allowing imports up to USD 800 without duties has been removed. Under this regulation, all shipments are subject to taxes and mandatory customs clearance, regardless of value.

Unless the selected option explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all taxes, duties and customs handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may cause delivery delays. InfinityOne will not cover these costs. If the required fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to sender, the cost of the return will be deducted from any refund.

Currently available options:

• FedEx International Economy – 5–10 business days. Not DDP.
• FedEx International Priority – 2–5 business days. Not DDP.
• DHL Express – 2–5 business days. DDP available.

We are working to offer more competitive rates and additional DDP options in the future.

Shipping to Other Countries

• Deutsche Post Shipping: 15–20 days, with tracking.

Transit time: Parcels typically arrive in the destination country 15–20 days after dispatch. If held by customs, an additional 10–12 days may be required.

Tracking: Delivery is handled by the destination country’s national postal service and usually does not require a signature.

DHL Express: Delivery typically takes 5–6 business days.

Once your package reaches your country, please track it using your national postal service.

Duties & Taxes

InfinityOne is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or any other charges associated with international orders.

For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price. An invoice can be provided upon request.

To ensure a smooth shipping experience, please review our policy for orders shipped outside the EU, especially regarding customs procedures:

1. Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying any duties, import taxes or fees applicable in the destination country.
2. Import Requirements: Customers must be aware of any restrictions, licences or documentation required by authorities in the destination country.
3. Risks & Losses: In cases of delays, holds or losses during international transport, the customer assumes full responsibility. We cannot issue refunds in these situations.

If a package is refused on delivery, the customer remains responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees generated.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

By placing an order with international shipping outside the European Union from Spain, the customer fully accepts the terms outlined in this policy.

Legal Warranty and Returns

Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing our warranty and refund policy carefully.

Our products are 3D printed and handcrafted, often made to order. Since they are not mass-produced or injection-molded, slight aesthetic marks may occur during the printing process. These do not affect functionality in any way.

All of our products are thoroughly tested under various conditions to ensure optimal quality and performance.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can offer a solution as soon as possible.

Legal Warranty

Spain:

All 3D printed products include a 3-year legal warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.

European Union:

Products delivered within EU countries include a 2-year legal warranty, as established by Directive 1999/44/EC. It covers defects and non-conformities present at the time of delivery.

International (non-EU countries):

Products delivered outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia) include a 1-year legal warranty covering any manufacturing defects present upon delivery.

Infinity One 3D will cover the cost of the first warranty-related shipment using standard shipping. Subsequent shipments will be at the customer's expense.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by improper or negligent use.
• Normal wear and tear due to usage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Failure to follow maintenance and usage instructions provided by our team.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products created according to your specifications.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

• Personalized or made-to-order items.
• Improper or negligent use.
• Normal wear and tear due to usage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to request a return or withdrawal:

• Contact us at info@infinityone3d.com with the subject: “Withdrawal Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Any customs fees, duties or handling charges incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
• If you selected express or premium shipping, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded, in accordance with consumer law.

Returns due to Uncollected or Rejected Orders

If an order is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., repeated delivery absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point), the following policy applies:

• You may request a reshipment by covering the cost of the new shipment.
• If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund only the cost of the products, deducting the actual shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.

These costs will not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal correctly and within the legal timeframe.

To avoid these situations, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and monitor delivery notifications from the courier.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned products and confirm their condition, we will issue a total or partial refund depending on the item’s state. Any unpaid customs duties or external charges will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Installing and using any 3D printed accessory is done entirely at the user's own risk. Infinity One 3D is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from installation or usage.

Each item is uniquely crafted. As these are handmade 3D printed products, slight visual variations may occur and no two pieces are identical.

All items in our store are printed on demand and processed based on the order of entry. Stock levels shown indicate material availability, not finished product inventory. Therefore, each item is considered made to order.
