Shipping to the United States – Information for InfinityOne 3D Customers
Important notice: All shipments to the United States have been reinstated under specific conditions.
Following the new U.S. government legislation in effect since August 29, 2025, the “de minimis” rule that allowed imports of up to USD 800 without duties has been eliminated. Under this regulation, all shipments are subject to mandatory taxes and customs inspections, regardless of their declared value.
Unless the selected shipping option expressly indicates DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and may cause delivery delays. InfinityOne will not cover these costs. If duties are not paid and the shipment is returned to the sender, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Currently available shipping options are:
- DHL Express – 2–5 business days · Duties Paid (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
- DHL Express - 2–5 business days · Duties NOT Paid (Not DDP)
- USPS Standard DDP - 10–15 business days. Delivered duties paid.
Duties Not Paid: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs handling fees at destination. This option may cause delivery delays.
Duties Paid: Duties and taxes are already included. Faster delivery with no additional procedures.
